Local girl, Zara Nortley, has won a place to represent Manchester in the prestigious UK final of Miss International and Miss Intercontinental.
Zara says, “I am so excited to have made it to the final, it is a great achievement and I cannot wait to meet all of the other girls! It’s great to have a platform from which to support a charity close to my heart, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation”.
The grand final will be held on July 13th at the Palace Hotel, Manchester. Young women from across the country will fight it out for the title!
In total, there will be four winners crowned at the event: Miss International-UK and Miss Intercontinental England, Scotland and Wales. The winners will go on to represent their countries in the international finals, where they will meet women from all over the world and have an experience of a life-time!
